Cutting Section
The first and foremost step for a Perfect uniform starts here. Our masters are well trained and have experience in the industry for more than 25 years.
Each cutting is done carefully and individually to make a perfect fit for the customers. We do the uniforms based on the sizes and also by taking individual measurements.
Fusing Section
Once the cutting section is done with their job the helpers take up the job to the fusing section which will be carried out with the help of HASHIMA FUSING MACHINE-JAPAN. The interlining materials we use are of outstanding quality and proper fusing is done to ensure the quality.
Tailoring Area
Tailors are our strength and every tailor is capable of doing their job to perfection. They grow as a team and carry out huge tasks at ease. Most of the tailors are experienced and special in their ways. Ultimately the end product speaks for them.
Checking & Ironing Section
Though every team has done their best, a proper checking team will check the garment before being dispatched and this team will be directed by the head to make things happen.
Our client feedback is the evidence for the checking team to carry out their tasks properly. Ironers are well trained and use steam boilers for pressing.
Surveillance
Our office is under surveillance 24/7 and we provide a better work environment for our staff by making them feel safe.
